This journey suit for the one who is coming to Myanmar for the first time and we also call “Starter Package.” When you arrive at Yangon International airport, welcome by our tour guide and he/she will help you to change the first kyats (Myanmar Currency). Then explore Yangon, the commercial city with shady parks and beautiful lakes and other interesting places. The next day you will go to KyaikHtiyoe experience about the Golden Rock and local life around there and come back to Yangon.

  1. Day 1 Yangon – Your Arrival Day

    On your arrival at Yangon airport, welcome by our English speaking guide and he/she will lead you to explore the Great city of Yangon by car.
    Visit Sule Pagoda which is said to have been completed approximately 2500 years ago, and you can also explore the city center where many colonial buildings still exist.
    Continue visit to ChaukHtatGyi Pagoda; a huge image of reclining Buddha and the Shwedagon Pagoda, a must see on any visit to Yangon and is the most sacred location in the whole of Myanmar, built to house eight hair relics of the Buddha. Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market, and at least you can buy the Burmese style slippers or a Longyi(Sarong-style lower garment).

  2. Day 2 Yangon - Golden Rock

    In the morning start the trip to Golden Rock, and it is also possible to stop in Htaukyant’s ” World War II” cemetery. Drive to Kyaikhtiyoe base camp, then with the local truck to the top of the mountain where the Golden Rock is.
    Kyaikhtiyoe Pagoda,  a well-known Buddhist pilgrimage site is precariously balanced boulder coated in gold and topped with a Stupa. It is a major pilgrimage site for Buddhists.The pagoda itself is unusual and may make you wonder how they build it in the olden day. The memorable experience for this trip will be taking the truck from the foot of the mountain to the top with a lot of passengers. It is very adventurous for the excitement seekers.

  3. Day 3 Golden Rock - Bago - Yangon

    In the next morning, we will go drowned to the base camp and drive back to Yangon and on the way visit in Bago.
    Bago, formerly known as Hanthawaddy, is a beautiful city with the Kings palace worth visiting. You can enjoy the Bago sightseeing including Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha (55 meters long), Shwemawdaw Pagoda, and the one interest place is Kanbawzathardi Palace. The local market gives you a unique look into the day-to-day lives of the people here.

  4. Day 4 Tour End

    This tour will end at the hotel in Yangon after breakfast. Any destination where you have to head again from Yangon, we will provide transfer to airport (or) bus station.

If you do not prefer with 3 stars hotels, you may also request for higher luxury hotels or lower  budget hotels and we are happy to offer the update price for this tour. Please let us know in advance.

We suggest you to carry slipper and something to protect from the sun and the dusts. Shorts or sleeveless tops and shoes are not allowed to enter place of Pagodas and Religious area.

Raincoat is suggested if it is raining season ( June – September).

We operate this tour in privately as we, MUL considered to the privacy of the travellers and not sharing with other travelers. But solo traveler can still book for this tour with reasonable (solo) price by choosing 1 pax at our checkout page.

We have three season in Myanmar, October to February is Winter (cold) season with average temperatures 20-24 C, March to May is Summer (hot) season with average temperatures 30-35 C) and  June to September is the Monsoon (rainy) season, with high rainfall and average temperatures 25-30 C.

We offer this tour almost whole year and except raining season. The best season to do this tour is Winter season (Oct – Feb).
