When you request information or assistance for your related tour programs;

2. What data does the MUL collect?
When you view the MUL website or social media pages, our servers may keep an activity log that does not identify you individually. In general, we collect and store personal information collected, for instance, from forms or evaluations, including an e-mail address and other personal details. By submitting this information in writing or a digital evaluation, you give permission to the MUL to retain that information for future communication.

General uses to operate and make available the tour programs and it services
- for billing, identification and authentication, and fraud prevention
- to analyze Site usage and improve our products and the Site and Services
- to contact you and deliver administrative notices, marketing notifications and offers and communications relevant to your use of our products and the Services via email, SMS, push notifications, or otherwise

- to guide the tours planning that are providing the Offerings on how to improve the Offerings

We also share information with collaborating partners in connection with processing the tour program and the cultural events. We have contracted with AnyRoad.com to process your payment card information. All Payment must be done through AnyRoad's secure gateway via our MUL site. In this case, AnyRoad's own privacy policies apply.
